Ingredients
2 servings
1 cup Whole Wheat Pasta
2 tsp Maida/ Refined flour
Amul Cheese, grated
1 tbsp Butter or Oil
3-4 Mushrooms, diced
8-10 Broccoli, small florets
1/2 cup Zucchini, chopped
1/2 cup Milk
3-4 Chopped Garlic
1 Onion, roughly chopped
Italian Seasonings
Water
Black Pepper Powder
Salt as per taste
1/2 tsp Chilli flakes
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Heat butter in pan and let it melt. Add lots of chopped garlic, onion. Sauté them until they turn golden.
Step 2
Add Broccoli, zucchini, mushrooms, Salt, Black pepper powder. Sauté and let them cook.
Step 3
Let the veggies cook. Cover them with a lid.
Step 4
Meanwhile you can boil the pasta.
Step 5
Once the veggies are done. Add 2 spoons of maida. Mix well. Add one glass of milk.
Step 6
Give it a stir and let it boil.
Step 7
Add lots of Italian seasonings and grated Amul cheese too. Add salt if required. Mix well.
Step 8
Now add pasta, salt, chilli flakes. Add more cheese and let it cook.
Step 9
Your Pasta is ready. Serve hot and Sprinkle some oregano.
