Veggie Sandwich: A Tasty and Satisfying Sandwich Recipe



Ingredients

2 servings


  1. 4 slices Brown Bread

  2. 3-5 Mushrooms, chopped (as required)

  3. 5-6 Broccoli florets, chopped

  4. 3 tbsp Sweet corns

  5. 3-4 tbsp Mayonnaise

  6. 2-3 tbsp sandwich spread or thousand Island dressing (optional)

  7. 1-2 tbsp olive oil

  8. Butter as required

  9. Mozzarella Cheese, grated or diced

  10. Oregano

  11. 2-3 garlic cloves, minced or roughly chopped

  12. Pinch Crushed black peppercorns

  13. Salt as per taste

Cooking Instructions

Step 1

Heat oil in a pan on medium low flame. Add chopped garlic. Sauté for few secs.

Step 2

Then add mushrooms and broccoli. Add salt and crushed black peppercorns. Mix well and cook them for a minute or two. Cover the lid.

Step 3

Now add sweet corns and Sprinkle some Oregano. Mix well. Now transfer this filling to another small bowl.

Step 4

Butter the both sides of bread slices and then fill the mixture, add the sauces, place it on one slice of bread, cover with another slice.

Step 5

Now in same pan, toast the sandwich from both sides.

Step 6

Your sandwich is ready. Enjoy!
