Ingredients

/4 cup Whole wheat flour
1 small Onion, Juliannes
1-2 tbsp Finely chopped capsicum
1 Chopped Tomato
4-5 tbsp Sweet corns
Grated Cheese
Oil or Ghee for greasing
Water as required
Pinch Salt
Mixed herbs/oregano
Chilli flakes
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl, add flour, salt, oil and make a smooth dough.
Step 2
Cover it with cloth and let it rest for 10 - 15 mins.
Step 3
After 15-17 mins, divide dough into portions. On a lightly floured surface, roll each portion into a circle.
Step 4
Now In a greased hot pan (medium-low flame), cook tortilla until it turn light brown in colour from both sides and transfer it to a plate. Then spread any sauce of your choice, add veggies. (As shown in image)
Step 5
Add fried veggie fingers or any kebab of your choice.
Step 6
Sprinkle pinch of Salt, black pepper, oregano, grated cheese and Chilli flakes. Roll it.
Step 7
Now transfer that roll in a greased hot pan and cook until turn golden brown and crisp. It's ready & Enjoy.
