Sprouts Papdi Chaat: A Classic Indian Street Food



Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cup moong beans Sprouts

  2. 1/2 cup Boiled black chick peas/ kaale chane

  3. 1 cup Plain curd

  4. As required Aloo bhujiya

  5. 1 tsp or as per taste Red chilli powder

  6. As per taste Salt

  7. 5-6 Papdi or golgappe

  8. As per taste Chaat masala

  9. As per taste Imli chutney

Cooking Instructions

Step 1

In plate, assemble golgappe or papdi. Poke only one side of the golgappe/crispy puri.


Step 2

Now Fill with sprouts and also sprinkle some. Sprinkle boiled kaale chane, red chilli powder, salt, chaat masala.


Step 3

Drizzle curd and Imli chutney as per taste.


Step 4

Garnish some sev or aloo bhujiya and sprouts. And your delicious chaat is ready to serve.
