Ingredients
1/2 cup moong beans Sprouts
1/2 cup Boiled black chick peas/ kaale chane
1 cup Plain curd
As required Aloo bhujiya
1 tsp or as per taste Red chilli powder
As per taste Salt
5-6 Papdi or golgappe
As per taste Chaat masala
As per taste Imli chutney
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
In plate, assemble golgappe or papdi. Poke only one side of the golgappe/crispy puri.
Step 2
Now Fill with sprouts and also sprinkle some. Sprinkle boiled kaale chane, red chilli powder, salt, chaat masala.
Step 3
Drizzle curd and Imli chutney as per taste.
Step 4
Garnish some sev or aloo bhujiya and sprouts. And your delicious chaat is ready to serve.
