Paneer Wrap: A Delicious and Nutritious Wrap Recipe



Ingredients

10-15 mins 1 serving

  1. 5-6 Paneer cubes

  2. 1 Tortilla

  3. 1/2 Tomato, Juliennes

  4. 2 tbsp Any vegetable oil

  5. 1/2 Capsicum, Juliennes

  6. 1 Onion, Juliennes

  7. 2 tbsp Black Olives

  8. 3 tbsp Sweet corns

  9. 2-3 tbsp Pizza/Pasta sauce

  10. 2-3 tsp Italian Seasonings

  11. as required Amul Cheese, Grated

  12. 1 tsp Lemon juice

  13. 1 tbsp Black pepper powder

  14. As per taste Salt

  15. 1 tsp Red chilli powder

  16. 2-3 tbsp Thousand Island sauce/any sauce

Cooking Instructions

Step 1

Marinate Onion Juliennes with lemon juice, pinch of salt, red chilli powder. Mix well. Do the same marination with paneer cubes, add black pepper powder to this.


Step 2

Brush some oil in pan. Heat the tortilla for few seconds. Keep it aside.


Step 3

Now start spreading pizza/pasta sauce, marinated onions, tomatoes, capsicum, olives, marinated paneer cubes, cheese, sweets corns, sauce. (As shown in picture)


Step 4

Fold it well, with the help of tooth pick.


Step 5

Grease some oil in griller pan, cook it from both sides carefully. You can make any shape you like.


Step 6

You Paneer Wrap is ready. Serve hot with some dip or sauce.
