3-5 mushrooms, roughly chopped
2 tbsp olive oil
1 onion, finely chopped
½ cup oats
6-7 broccoli florets (small)
Salt to taste
½ tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp oregano or Italian seasonings
½ cup sweet corn
1½ cups water
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Add 1 or 2 tbsp of olive oil in a pan on a medium flame.
Step 2
Add chopped mushrooms, onions and Broccoli and sauté them for 2-3 mins, until they get bit brown and smell delicious.
Step 3
Make sure nothing gets burn. Add sweet corns, some salt and black pepper powder. Stir it well.
Step 4
Add some water and oats. Sprinkle some oregano. Mix well. Cover the lid for 2 mins and let it cook on low flame.
