Macaroni Wali Maggi Noodles: An Indian Twist on a Classic Dish



Ingredients

  1. 1 packet Maggi noodles

  2. 1/2 cup Macaroni

  3. 2 tbsp Finely chopped capsicum

  4. 1 small Chopped onion

  5. 1-2 tsp Finely chopped garlic

  6. 2-3 tbsp Sweet corns

  7. 1-2 tbsp Oil

  8. 1 tsp soya sauce

  9. 11/2 tbsp tomato ketchup

  10. to taste Salt

  11. 2 tsp Maggi Magic masala

  12. 1/2 tsp Chilli sauce (optional)

  13. 1 tsp MDH kitchen king or meat masala (optional)

  14. as needed Grated Cheese (optional)

  15. 1 tsp Mixed herbs or Oregano

  16. 1 tsp Chilli flakes

Cooking Instructions

Step 1

First of all in cooking pots, add some salt and oil and boil Maggi as well as macaroni seperately.


Step 2

Meanwhile in kadhai, heat 1 or 1.5 tbsp of oil on medium-low flame. Add chopped onions, veggies of your choice and pinch of salt. Sauté for few seconds. Then add some water.


Step 3

Then add magic masala, tomato ketchup, sweet corns and water. Mix well.


Step 4

Add soy sauce in this. Add little bit of water if required. Then add boiled Maggi noodles and macaroni. Mix well with the help of two forks or spoons. Sprinkle some mixed herbs or Oregano and Chilli flakes. Sprinkle some grated cheese too if you want.


Step 5

Serve hot with toasted bread or garlic bread.
