Ingredients

5-7 Paneer Cubes
1 and 1/2 tsp Maida
1 and 1/2 tsp corn flour (optional)
5 to 7 Capsicum cubes
10 to 12 Onion cubes
6 to 7 Garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 Small Onion, finely chopped
1 to 2 tbsp Soy sauce
1 to 2 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
as per taste Salt
As required Black pepper
1 and 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
As required Chilli flakes
As required Oregano
As required Water
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
In a small bowl, add maida, corn flour, red chilli powder, salt, black pepper powder, paneer cubes, 2-4 tbsp of water and mix. Heat some oil in a pan on medium flame. Shallow fry these marinated paneer on medium low flame. Flip them when they turn golden in color. Once done, transfer these to plate.
Step 2
Heat some oil in pan on medium low flame. Add onion cubes, chopped onions, garlic, capsicum, chilli flakes, salt, red chilli powder, black pepper and mix.
Step 3
Stir and then add tomato ketchup, soy sauce, oregano, 1 tsp corn flour + 2 tsp water and mix. Let it cook for few seconds on low flame and stir.
Step 4
Add cooked paneer cubes to this sauce. Add half tsp of sugar and mix well. Turn off the flame.
Step 5
Serve hot chilli paneer with fried rice. Enjoy! 🥰
