Ingredients
1 cup Chole, soaked and boiled
2 onions, chopped
2 Tomatoes, grated or paste
1-2 tsp Ginger garlic paste
1-2 tsp Green chillies
1-2 tbsp Coriander powder
1 tsp Garam Masala
1-2 tsp Red chilli powder
1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
1 tsp Dry ginger powder (optional)
1/2 tsp MDH kitchen king (optional)
2 tbsp Oil
1 tbsp Cumin seeds
Pinch Hing / asafoetida
As per taste Salt
1-2 Bay leaves
Dash fresh lime juice
Handful Fresh Coriander leaves (chopped)
1 tbsp Crushed Kasoori methi
1/2 tsp Chaat Masala
1/2 tsp Anaardana powder

Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Heat oil in Kadhai, add cumin seeds, Hing, chopped onions and bay leaves.
Step 2
Add green chillies, turmeric powder and red chilli powder. Stir.
Step 3
Add dry ginger powder, kitchen king, coriander powder, garam masala, black pepper. Mix well.
Step 4
Now add tomato paste, ginger garlic paste and salt (as per your taste).
Step 5
Add chaat masala, sprinkle some water. Mix well.
Step 6
Now add soaked & boiled Chole, Anaardana powder. Mix well.
Step 7
Now add chopped onions, tomatoes, fresh lime juice (as per your taste) and MiX.
Step 8
Sprinkle some more onions and tomatoes. Serve hot with Kulche, Poori or Parat Parantha.
