Ingredients

1/4 cup Kuttu Ka Atta/Buckwheat flour
3-4 potatoes, boiled and mashed
As per taste Sendha namak
1/2-1 tsp Red chilli powder
1-2 tsp Coriander powder
1/2 tsp Black pepper
1 tsp Dry ginger powder
1 Green chilli, finely chopped
As required Water
As required Oil or Ghee as required
Handful Coriander leaves
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
In large bowl, add mashed potatoes, red chilli powder, coriander powder, black pepper, ginger powder.
Step 2
Add 1/4 cup of kuttu atta (Buckwheat flour) and sendha namak. Now mix it with the help of youur hands. (Sprinkle some water if required).
Step 3
Add desi ghee and make a dough.
Step 4
After 5 minutes, apply some oil or ghee on your hands. Take some batter in your hand from the bowl. Give it a round shape. OR You can make on a plastic sheet or banana leaves also, but first you have to apply some oil or water to the sheet.
Step 5
Now heat oil or ghee in Kadhai on medium flame. Once the oil becomes hot, start adding patties in kadhaai (Gently turn them). Fry them till they become crisp and golden brown.
Step 6
Once done transfer them to the serving plate and it's ready. Serve hot with curd and imli or dhaniya chutney.
